Highlights of this year's O.C.C Walk of Hope 2010

I was at the Windsor Ovarian Cancer Canada Walk held at Malden Park and it was great!  Although I am not physically affected by ovarian cancer myself, I am in support of the cause because we have it in the family.  I also had the opportunity to meet and hear the stories of other ovarian cancer survivors which I cannot even begin to imagine experiencing.

I loved the energy at the walk this year.  The music was awesome!  They played all kinds of great songs, and the one that really got me movin' and groovin' was Mustang Sally.  That song ROCKS!

The Winners Walk of Hope is a yearly national event bringing ovarian cancer survivors, family, friends and all who are touched by ovarian cancer all across Canada, together, to celebrate survival one step at a time, and to raise money for medicine, survivor support and ultimately, the cure.

WOW, what a weekend! We can't even begin to thank you enough for all of your dedication, passion and incredible work.

It was a lot of work, but also a lot of fun and a very inspirational day. I hope that you enjoyed your experience just as much as we did.

It was amazing to see survivors, family members, friends, volunteers and members of the community join together to raise awareness of ovarian cancer as well as money to help overcome this disease. The event would not have been the same without the time, effort and special touch you contributed to the Winners Walk of Hope.

An incredible $2.3 million dollars has been raised so far for ovarian cancer. The success of the Winners Walk of Hope is truly an amazing accomplishment and was only achieved through your commitment and belief in the cause.

Thank you for all of your efforts in helping make the 2010 Winners Walk of Hope such a successful and inspiring event.

We would be grateful if you are able to join us again next year for the 10th anniversary of the Walk!
