7, 2010: I have been trying to preserve certain elements of
some of the previous phases while building deeper colour into the
image. The challenge is to know when I'm going too
far. I tried incorporating one of my goldfish into the
picture as though it is alive in its new artistic, aquamarine
afterlife. (I found it on the bottom of my tank
yesterday so I took a picture of it to use as reference for the
fish I hope to paint in the future.)
